Mark Bogetich![]() Mark Bogetich (email), the firm’s founder and president, is one of the nation’s preeminent political vulnerability researchers. He has more than 15 years of experience providing research consulting services to a wide variety of clients – from statewide ballot initiatives, to candidates for governor and United States Senate, to local elected officials. Bogetich has been referred to as “the only game in town” for researchers in California and has been featured in the San Jose Mercury News and Los Angeles Times. In addition to his research duties, Bogetich has provided communications, media relations and public affairs consulting services to clients in the tribal gaming, insurance and financial industries. Mike DonovanMike Donovan (email) has more than 20 years of professional experience providing research, public affairs consulting and campaign management services. Donovan has supervised research for US Senate campaigns, gubernatorial campaigns, statewide ballot initiatives and numerous public affairs projects at all levels in California, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas, Nevada, Ohio, Washington, Montana, and Oregon. Mike has also written and produced award-winning radio and television advertising for statewide elections in California and nationwide public affairs campaigns. Prior to joining the firm, Donovan worked on the 1988 California Bush/Quayle campaign and in the offices of California Governors George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson. Lawrence Green![]() Lawrence Green has nearly 30 years of experience as a lobbyist and a trade association executive in the financial, real estate and insurance industries with responsibility for major legal, legislative and regulatory programs. Green served as the Executive Vice President and Counsel for the California Land Title Association. Green received both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis. He is an active member of the State Bar of California and an inactive member of the State Bar of Texas. Green is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar. He has also served on the board of directors of several banks. Michael Kahoe![]() Michael Kahoe (email) is a recognized public policy expert who specializes in state / national regulatory matters and government relations. He has nearly 30 years of experience working on environmental, regulatory, and natural resource issues in California, including Assistant Secretary of the former Environmental Affairs Agency, Deputy Secretary and part of the original team that created the California Environmental Protection Agency, and Deputy Cabinet Secretary over the State’s environmental, natural resources, regulatory, and agricultural agencies. Prior to service with the State of California, Kahoe was an environmental consultant with Bay Area consulting firms and worked for the Fresno County-City Economic Development Program. Paul HarmsPaul Harms (email) specializes in financial analysis and budgeting for public and non-profit entities. Prior to joining the firm, Harms served as Financial Controller of the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis, where he managed an annual operating budget of more than $10 million. Harms also has played a key role in higher education advocacy efforts and in coordinating student lobbying campaigns. |
